Across these three different sessions, students will gain fundamental cooking skills to help equip them with healthy and budget friendly habits in the kitchen. As part of this program, students will also be helping cook food that will go towards feeding the homeless. This program is great for any participants who are interested in cooking.

  • Beat It! Music and Movement

In this course, students will unleash their inner rock star through a song writing workshop. They will also develop and strengthen areas such as working effectively in a group and communication skills.

  • Art and Resilience

This is an abstract art project workshop that is focused on building resilience for our students. Like all good abstract art projects, it is messy and unique to the individual. Self-reflection and mindfulness are key areas of this program.
