Patrick Gallagher
CHAIR
Patrick Gallagher CSC was formerly an officer in the Australian Army. Over the past 20 years he has held a wide range of general management and subject matter expert roles in business, corporate strategy and risk management in the public and private sectors, both in Australia and overseas. He is an independent governance, risk and compliance consultant. In addition to the Central Coast Community College Limited he is also a non-executive director for HVTC and Brisbane Water (NSW) Legacy Limited.

Peter Annis-Brown
DIRECTOR
Peter Annis-Brown has had a Corporate banking career, Non-Profit sector CEO, Sport/ Exercise Consultant and Allied Health Business owner, he possesses over 25 years direct experience across several domains. He is the founder/ Owner of ManageHealth and ManageSport. He sits on advisory grant committees for Local and Federal MP’s, is a member of the Industry council for Fitness Australia and Board member for the Central Coast Community College and HVTC. Peter has an MBA in International Sport Management and Business, qualified Health coach, qualified exercise professional, Certificate IV in training and assessing, an accredited Mental Health 1st Aid Instructor and is a Certified Project Director.

Sue Murray

Sharon Smith
DIRECTOR
Sharon Smith has extensive experience as a dynamic and influential Senior Executive and Non Executive Director in Utilities, Regional Development, Education and Employment across the Private, Public and not for profit sectors. In 2013, Sharon was appointed Chief Executive Officer of HVTC, who provide a wide range of vocational education and employment opportunities through apprenticeships and traineeships across NSW.

Debbie Laarkamp
Debbie Laarkamp was appointed General Manager of the Central Coast Community College in March 2022, bringing with her extensive experience and industry knowledge in the VET sector through previous leadership and change roles with other Registered Training Organisations. She has also worked in various leadership and directing roles within the Disability Services sector, and has a passion for operational and educational leadership.
