Our Board

We would like to acknowledge and thank the following members of our community, who are currently serving on the College’s Board.

  • Marc WornerChair

    Marc holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics; a Graduate Diploma of Banking and Finance; is a Graduate of the Company Directors Course; a Diploma of Horticulture (landscape design); Diploma of Marketing; has a Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment and Training; and, is currently studying online for a Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning. Marc is also an active Ambassador for the White Ribbon Organisation.

  • Dr Joyleen ChristensenDirector

    Joyleen has 15 years' experience in the higher education sector and is the Program Convenor of Foundation Studies programs at the Central Coast campus of the University of Newcastle. Joyleen holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics, a Bachelors Degree in Arts (Honours), post-graduate qualifications in Theatre and the Practice of Tertiary Teaching, as well as a PhD in Film, Media, and Cultural Studies. Joyleen has received numerous national and institutional awards for teaching and learning support and research excellence.

  • Mark HoltonDirector

    Mark has more than 30 years' experience in the financial services industry as an Accountant and Tax Agent in practice. He is the Managing Director of Dynamic Taxation and Training Services, and a Director of Smithink. Mark is a respected consultant in taxation and business management, in particular value added services implementation and administration.

  • Stephen PattersonDirector

    Stephen has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of NSW and is a Fellow of the Society of Certified Practicing Accountants (FCPA) and a qualified Company Secretary. Stephen has significant corporate finance and secretarial experience both in Australia and in the Asia Pacific region, and has held senior finance roles with a number of large Australian listed organisations.

  • Julia RidoutDirector

    Julia is an experienced executive with over 20 years senior leadership practice, across a range of industries in Australia, Asia and the UK. Her roles have included training, information technology, construction, retail, research and media. As an advocate for change and improving mental health, Julia is focused on opportunities that deliver practical solutions.

  • Joanne MartinCEO

    Joanne has extensive leadership and senior management experience having worked in small business, Director roles and as a corporate executive in the finance, water and education industries, in public, private and not-for-profit sectors. She is passionate about contributing to her local community by leveraging her considerable business, people and technology qualifications, skills and expertise.
