Jodie Almond, Compliance Manager
Jodie is a Vocational Education Compliance specialist and Resource Developer who is experienced in the development, co-ordination and maintenance of RTOs. She is committed to enhancing the learning culture of organisations by acting upon continuous improvement opportunities and working collaboratively as an effective team member.
Jodie is currently studying Diploma level courses in Quality Auditing, Vocational Education and Training, and Training Design and Development.
Alyson Black, Beauty Coordinator
Ally has extensive salon management experience having owned and operated her own beauty salons on the Central Coast over the last 14 years. She also has substantial training experience educating therapists from a Certificate III level up to completing their Diploma of Beauty Therapies.
She is passionate about educating women to become inspiring therapists and to also empower women re-entering the workforce by helping to develop their self-confidence and lead them into careers within the beauty industry.

Pamella Hackett, Health & Community Services Coordinator
Pamella has had many diverse roles over the course of her nursing career and has been employed as a Trainer and Assessor at Central Coast Community College since 2013, covering her expertise in ageing support, dementia care and palliative care.
Pamella believes that watching her students entering the workplace and practising their skills gained at the College is the most rewarding aspect of her job as a trainer.
Michelle Hurford, Business Services Managert
Michelle manages all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from hiring and welcoming employees to our dedicated team, providing ongoing performance guidance and support, to focussing on continuous improvement of HR practices, leveraging diverse skills and experience from her time working within multinational corporate organisations.
Michelle is passionate about continuous improvement and seeing individuals reach their full potential, which makes working for the College a truly rewarding experience.

Steve has worked in technology and education for over 25 years as a teacher, trainer, technician and consultant.
He is passionate about the way that technology can empower people of all ages to stay informed, connected and productive.

For the past 11 years Ashlea has been building a career in Employment Services, working in various and diverse roles within Job Services Australia and Disability Employment Services contracts. She has built a strong relationship with both participants and various community groups, and enjoys helping, mentoring and assisting people into their chosen career paths, whether it is through training or employment
Ashlea is passionate about building strong relationships with students and community partners.
Michelle Trimble, Marketing & Events Manager
Michelle has extensive experience in the not-for-profit sector and has worked in a variety of Marketing, Events and Public Relations roles over the past ten years. She loves coming up with creative solutions for businesses and enjoys working with new and emerging technologies to achieve results.
She loves working at the College and takes great pride in creating high quality marketing material and exciting events for community members to enjoy, growing the College’s image as a key education provider on the Central Coast.
