How to Enrol
We have tried to make enrolment as easy as possible here at the Central Coast Community College. The hardest part will be choosing which courses you would like to enrol in!
All you need to do is find the course you want to join, and then you can select the ‘Enrol’ button next to the course name and fill out your details online, download a printable form to send in via the post, or you can call head office and enrol over the phone on 02 4348 4300.
Students must read through the Conditions of Enrolment before enrolling.
When to enrol
We recommend that students should enrol as early as possible to secure a spot in their preferred class. Courses do fill up quickly and we would hate for anyone to miss out! It should also be noted that courses do require a minimum number to run and will be cancelled if the number is not reached.
If you are planning to enrol in Nationally Recognised (accredited) Training, you will need to obtain your Unique Student Identifier (USI) before enrolling. Click here for further information.
Course Completion Guarantee
We understand that when students enrol in a study program, it is a reasonable expectation they will be able to complete that program and gain the qualification. Our commitment is that we make every reasonable effort to ensure that if a student enrols with us they can complete the study program.
Should circumstances arise beyond our control, which affects our ability to continue a course, such as a trainer falling ill or resigning unexpectedly and we are unable to source a suitable replacement immediately; or when continuing student numbers fall too low; in these circumstances, the College guarantees that we will:
– Refund any fees paid for modules or units we have not delivered.
– Issue Statements of Attainment for all the work successfully completed.
– Assist the student to locate an equivalent course with another Registered Training Organisation.
