One thing that the medical statistics agree on is that 80% of the things we go to the doctor and take medication for are related to our daily habits and choices. On one hand this is scary, on the other hand it’s really good news because it means our daily habits are the key to improving our health. Feeling healthy isn’t meant to be a complex, expensive process. Wellness 101 is based on simple, time honoured principles and practices that will increase your energy levels, help you sleep better, strengthen your digestion and generally improve your day to day feeling of wellbeing.
