Learn the healing art of massage. Therapeutic massage is for everyone and benefits all of us in many positive ways, physically and psychologically.

Introduction to Therapeutic Massage is delivered right here on the Central Coast and will provide students with the skills and knowledge required to perform the perfect massage. Throughout the workshop students will learn foundational concepts of massage including posture, draping, positioning, hygiene, and hand techniques.

The class also covers an introduction of a number of techniques utilised in Therapeutic Massage, along with techniques to access injuries and provide relief.

About The Trainer

Mark is a Registered Chiropractor, Osteopath and Acupuncturist. He has been practicing since 1984 having run a successful clinic in Sydney for 24 years and in Noosa for a further 6 years. Mark has spent most of his career teaching in Massage Therapy. Subjects in which he has taught include Functional Anatomy, Sports Injuries, Sports Massage, Therapeutic and Remedial Massage, Human Movement and Biomechanics, Kinesiology, Electro-physical Therapeutics and Small Business for Massage Therapists. He is extremely versatile in the delivery of educational material for prospective massage therapists and is a published co-author of ‘The Textbook for Remedial Massage’ released in 2012.
