This introduction to retail course, will assist you to work in a variety of retail settings. Whilst not always being compulsory for working in a retail environment, having retail training will hold you in good stead when applying for retail jobs. This course will give you the confidence to engage with customers, maintaining daily store operations and process financial transactions.

The course provides a pathway to work in a diverse range of retail settings including specialty retailers, supermarkets, department stores and quick service restaurants.

Entry Requirements

Students must have successfully completed year 10 (or equivalent), turned 16 or have relevant experience and/or qualifications that indicate likely success in completing the course.
