This course may be fully subsidised for eligible students under the Community Services Obligation Program (CSO).

Whether you want to brush up on your office administration skills, or you need to learn them from scratch, Introduction to Business – Workshop 1 will teach you the practical and operational skills to give you the confidence to perform administrative tasks effectively.

The Introduction to Business – Workshop 1 is delivered on the Central Coast and will give you the opportunity to learn about different procedures in business including becoming efficient in office technology (such as using a computer), working effectively with others, and developing your writing skills and creating electronic presentations. On successful completion of the training you will be eligible to enrol into the Introduction to Business – Workshop 2.

Entry Requirements

Students must have successfully completed year 10 (or equivalent), turned 16 or have relevant experience and/or qualifications that indicate likely success in completing the course.
