Have you been dreaming of a career in the hospitality industry? Our Hospitality Food Safety Supervisor Certificate course provides students with the skills and knowledge required to implement safe food storage handling processes in a retail food environment according to a food safety program.

The Hospitality Food Safety Supervisor Certificate is delivered on the Central Coast and will provide you with the qualification needed to grow your career in the hospitality industry.

  • Avoiding cross contamination and correct hand washing techniques

Students who graduate from this course may continue their studies by enrolling in the SIT20316 Certificate II in Hospitality.

Students must have successfully completed year 10 (or equivalent), turned 16 or have relevant experience and/or qualifications that indicate likely success in completing the course.
