Course Duration

This course runs on campus one day every two weeks for the duration of 40 weeks. At home-study will also apply.

Delivery Mode

This qualification will be delivered face-to-face, through self-paced projects and simulated workplace experiences. Additional individual self-directed learning must be conducted outside of the classroom and students may also be required to complete a minimum of 80 hours work experience in a suitable hospitality operation and/or complete assessments in your workplace.

Entry Requirements

Students must have successfully completed a Certificate III in Hospitality or equivalent, and/or have a minimum of two years' experience in the hospitality industry to enrol in this course. It is preferred that students are already working in this industry and have access to workplace tasks.
