Who Is This Course For
This workshop is for people who own an Apple Mac Laptop computer and want to learn more about how to use and manage it.
This workshop will include:
- Starting and Shutting down your computer
- Using a keyboard, mouse and trackpad
- Using an Apple ID
- Navigating the Desktop
- Opening an Application
- Working with Files
- Security & Privacy
- Backup, storage and updates
- Finding & downloading great Apps
- Email, Contacts and Calendar
Face to Face Delivery
What To Bring To Class
You will need to bring your own Apple Mac Laptop and charger. We will provide wireless internet access.
Tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided.
Tech Savvy Seniors is an initiative of the NSW Ageing Strategy and is funded through a partnership between the NSW Government and Telstra.
Classes are FREE for participants aged 60 years and over across NSW and are delivered by the Central Coast Community College.
