Are you a small business owner who is wondering how you can get more website traffic and online sales without spending a fortune on ads?

In this workshop, we will show you how to increase your website traffic, create engaging content that drives action from visitors and make sales while you sleep with an uncomplicated and sustainable organic marketing strategy. All without relying on paid advertising.

One of the benefits of using digital marketing is the ability to focus your efforts on only prospects most likely to purchase your product or service, meaning it can be extremely cost-effective for a small business. However, many small businesses can struggle to find, implement or use digital marketing platforms that would most benefit their business.

In this workshop, we will explain what digital marketing is, how to find the best platforms and tools for your business, and the steps involved in planning and coordinating your digital marketing.

Meta – the Facebook company's new name – provides small business owners with a variety of ways to promote their services, increase customer engagement and grow sales. So where should you start? And is there an easy blueprint to follow?

We will guide you through the step-by-step process of creating your Facebook Business Page, through to posting, engaging and understanding your insights.

In this workshop, we will guide you through creating a successful content strategy and how to improve your social copy. She will also dive into the world of scheduling and repurposing content.

In this workshop, we will guide you through the steps involved in creating a successful Facebook Funnel.

A brand is more than a physical mark, it’s an emotional experience, strengthened or weakened through every interaction with your business. Branding has always been a vital part of business, but it is more important now than ever before with consumers being exposed to new brands every day online.

In this workshop, we will explain the steps involved in defining your brand, sharing your values and creating a true omnichannel experience for your customers.

The Targeted Skills for Small Business program is a NSW Government initiative, established to deliver training for small business owners and employees of small businesses who want to better understand how to use the latest technology and gain up-to-date knowledge to improve their business operations.

These courses are subsidised by the NSW Government for eligible participants. You may be eligible for fully subsidised training under the Targeted Skills for Small Business program if you are:

  • 15 years old or over
  • no longer at school
  • living or working in NSW (or an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person living in specific NSW border areas); and
  • an Australian citizen, permanent resident, New Zealand citizen, or humanitarian visa holder (or a partner visa holder whose sponsor is a humanitarian visa holder)

To be eligible for subsided training under this Program you must:

  • be an owner or employee of a small business with less than 20 employees; or
  • turn over less than $2 million annually

Each workshop will be delivered via Zoom by an industry expert trainer.

Each workshop will be limited to 12 students, and you must enrol to participate.

You will need:

  • A Windows or Mac computer with a camera and microphone
  • A reliable internet connection
  • The Zoom app and Chrome browser installed
