Tech Savvy Seniors - Introduction to Smart Phone Photography

Taking high quality photos is easier than ever with the capabilities of today's smart phones. Learn how to take photos, as well as editing, sharing, and storing images on your smart phone.

This training is funded by the NSW Government. Eligibility criteria applies.

As part of this workshop, participants will learn the following:

  • Taking and viewing a photograph
  • Tips and tricks on taking better photos
  • Editing your photographs
  • Sharing your photographs
  • Storing and backing up your photos

This workshop is for people who own a smart phone and want to learn how to take, edit, store, and share digital photographs using their device.

To be eligible for this course, participants must:

  • be an Australian citizen/permanent resident
  • be over the age of 60 years to enrol.

Students who identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander may enrol if they are 50 years and older.

Training for this course will be delivered face to face at Mangrove Mountain Computer Club.

Participants will need to bring their own smart phone and a charger. Wireless internet will be provided.

Tea, coffee, and biscuits will also be provided.
