Build and Manage a WordPress Website- Face to Face Workshops

Who Is This Course For?

Do you own or work for a small business? This course is fully subsidised for eligible students!

A one-day practical workshop where you will learn the basics of WordPress from Brugel Creative Director, Sheree Chambers. Participants will learn all the needed skills for building a WordPress website for their business, using the page builder Elementor. This course will cover the basics of creating a website along with some design tips and also teach you some of the technical aspects.  You must be computer savvy and be confident using an internet browser to participate in this course.

This training is subsidised by the NSW Government.

Face-to-face delivery over  1 day.

Funding Eligibility

This course is being offered under the Tech Savvy Small Business Program. This funding has been designed for small business owners and employees of small businesses who want to better understand how to use the latest technology to improve their business operations.

To be eligible for subsided training under this Program you must: be:

  • Be an owner or employee of a small business with less than 20 employees, or
  • turn over less than $2 million annually.

Students must be able to provide a valid ABN for their own business or the business they are employed by, have successfully completed year 10 (or equivalent), turned 16 or have relevant experience and/or qualifications that indicate likely success in completing the course.

This training is subsidised by the NSW Government and is $0 for eligible students.

What to Bring To Class

Student must bring please bring their own laptop. A limited number of loan laptops will be available. If you require one of these please call the College and let us know when you enrol. Please also bring a mobile device such as a smartphone or tablet. Wireless internet access will be available.

Bring a USB if you would like a copy your course files and pen and notepad if you would like to take notes.

All other course resources will be provided for you.

A light lunch and morning tea will be supplied - if you have any special dietary requirements please contact the College prior to the course on 4348 4300.
