Entry Requirements

Prior to enrolment students must have gained employment and secured a training contract with State Training Services (STS).

Units of Competency

Assessments are made against units of competency from the BSB30215 Certificate III in Customer Engagement .

Upon enrolment each individual will complete a job skill interview to discuss and contextualise their training plan.
