Join our one-day Barista Skills training course to learn professional Barista techniques including, how to use and maintain an espresso machine, identifying and adjusting to the correct grind, dosage and extraction, stretching and texturising milk, coffee art and the many coffee variations. Participants will also need to successfully complete an online theory component in their own time.

Entry Requirements
When you study with Central Coast Community College, our team want you to succeed. Entry requirements allow us to make sure that you have the right pre-existing knowledge and skills to achieve your chosen qualification.
- Course Prerequisite
Students must have successfully completed year 10 (or equivalent, Certificate II), turned 16 or have relevant experience and/or qualifications that indicate likely success in completing the course.

Please bring a pen, paper and folder to class. All other course resources will be provided for you on the day.
Student must adhere to the uniform policy including;
- Closed in non slip shoes
- Long pants
