BSB31107 Certificate III in Business Administration (Medical)
Medical receptionists perform most of the administrative duties associated within a doctor’s surgery. Tasks generally include answering the telephone, filing medical records, completing insurance forms, scheduling appointments/follow-ups with patients, billing, bookkeeping, and greeting patients upon arrival. Develop the confidence and skills to take on the exciting role of a Medical Receptionist. You can complete the four stages individually or enrol in the full program. Each stage reflects the role and responsibilities of someone working in the medical sector, primarily as a medical receptionist. When you successfully complete each stage, we will issue you with a Statement of Attainment. If you can’t attend face to face classes, you can complete each stage by distance, through correspondence learning supported by your own personal tutor.
