TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment

Would you like to deliver and/or assess against nationally recognised and accredited qualifications?

The TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is designed to provide workplace trainers, assessors and personnel within vocational education and training with a range of training and assessment skills and knowledge.

You will learn how to prepare and present training sessions, develop training programs and assessment tools and assess participants to ensure learning outcomes have been achieved.

You must successfully complete 7 core plus 3 elective units selected from a range of electives to be awarded this qualification. The 10 units are divided into 4 clusters as set out below.

Cluster 1 - Enterprise Training
Cluster 2 - Program Design
Cluster 3 - Group Delivery
Cluster 4 - Assessment & Validation
